Website terms
Terms of use
Effective 2 November 2026. These terms apply to eazeetech.in.
The site is published by EazeeTech, No. 14, First Floor, 10th Main, 14th Cross, NS Palya, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076, India. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site.
What the site is
The pages describe our POS terminals, printers, scanners, signage, rugged devices, and OEM or ODM manufacturing. They are information for business partners. Browsing the site, sending an email, or downloading the company profile does not by itself create an order or a supply contract. A supply is agreed in writing between EazeeTech and the partner.
Accuracy
We take care with the descriptions on this site. Product details, availability, and custom work are confirmed in a quotation or order, not by the general wording on a page. BIS certification is stated as the company’s position about the products it supplies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break it, scraping it in a way that degrades the service, or using the contact details to send unlawful or misleading messages. You may share a link to a page.
Our content
The text, logo, illustrations, and layout are owned by EazeeTech or used with permission. You may not copy the logo or page design for your own brand. The company profile file is provided so partners can read it, not so it can be republished as someone else’s document.
Liability
The site is provided as a business introduction. To the extent Indian law allows, EazeeTech is not liable for loss that comes only from relying on general website text instead of a written quotation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Personal data
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy and the cookies policy, including rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to approach the Data Protection Board of India about personal data.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and the current version is the one on this page.
