Privacy policy

What this website does

This website tells software companies and system integrators about our hardware. It has no accounts, no shopping cart, and no form that stores what you type. We do not use analytics or advertising tools on these pages.

Personal data we may handle

• If you email or call us. Your name, email address, phone number, company, and what you tell us about products, quantities, or branding. We use this only to reply and to discuss a possible supply partnership.
• Technical logs. Our host may record the IP address, browser type, date, and the page requested. We use that to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. An IP address can be personal data when it can be linked to a person.

We do not ask for personal data of children. This site is meant for businesses. We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data to make automated decisions about you.

Why we process it

Enquiry details are processed so we can respond to a request you chose to send. That is the purpose you are told about before you write to us. Technical logs are processed so the website can run securely. We keep data only for that purpose, and only for as long as we need it.

Who else sees it

We do not pass enquiry details to other companies for their own marketing. Our email provider and our website host process data only so email can be delivered and the site can stay online. They act for that limited purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation or a supply relationship continues, and afterwards only where we need it for our records or a legal duty. Hosting logs are kept for the host’s ordinary operational period and then deleted or overwritten.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing we do
• ask us to correct or complete data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• ask us to erase personal data that is no longer needed for the purpose, unless the law requires us to keep it
• withdraw consent where we rely on consent, which does not affect processing already done lawfully
• nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to exercise them
• raise a grievance with us

How to make a request

Email prasad@eazeetech.in with the subject “Personal data request”. Say what you are asking for, and include the email address or phone number you used so we can find the right record. We will respond within 30 days.

The grievance contact is Narasimha Prasad Narayana Shetty, Founder and CEO, at the same email and office address. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Safeguards

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access. Email is not a fully private channel. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or government identity numbers in an email to us.

Changes
